Notorious Sydney strip club Bada Bing is crowing after entertaining pop star Justin Bieber during his Australian tour.

"Bada Bing has 'Bieber fever' after playing host to Music Superstar Justin Bieber following his huge show at Brisbane's Entertainment Centre," the raunchy Kings Cross nightclub says on its official website.

Bieber was also spotted cozying up to Sydney socialite Tanya Smart at another nightclub, The Backroom.

Stripclub boasts about playing host to popstar and bad boy Justin Bieber.

Arriving unannounced at the Potts Point venue, the pop star partied with The X Factor winners The Collective, designer Luke Sales of Romance Was Born, international DJ Tommy Trash, who is in Australia for Stereosonic, and nightclub owners Raul Gonzalez and Dave Freeman, according to a source.

Bieber's security ensured all pictures taken by onlookers were deleted from the fans' smartphones before exiting the club, the insider said.

It's not the first time such measures have been taken since Bieber touched down in Australia, and may well be due to pictures of Bieber graffiting a Queensland hotel leaked across the internet.

The 19-year-old Canadian popstar is currently in Australia with his Believe world tour and will perform in Sydney tonight.

His visit to Bada Bing comes after he raised eyebrows by reportedly being seen going into a brothel in Brazil recently.

Bada Bing was the scene of a shooting in April last year in which a man was wounded. A jury acquitted another man over the incident in March.

Bieber's strip club revelry is the latest example of bad-boy behaviour by the performer this week.

Bieber reportedly incurred the wrath of surfers during a trip to an Australian beach, when one of the singer's bodyguards allegedly snatched a mobile phone from a spectator.

The Beauty and a Beat star enjoyed a surfing lesson in Byron Bay on Wednesday, and his antics on the beach attracted a crowd of onlookers all eager to snap a picture of him.

Surfer Kes Weartherm claims one of Bieber's bodyguards snatched his mobile phone away after he caught him taking pictures, and he tells that a group of angry bystanders had to badger the security supervisor into handing the device back.

Bieber later posted his own pictures of his surfing experience on his Instagram page.
